Warsaw begins at the doorstep.

Nowy Świat is one of the most recognisable streets in Poland - a wide, tree-punctuated stretch of the Royal Route running between Castle Square and the parks to the south. Colette occupies number 50, which places restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and independent shops within a few steps of the entrance and the city centre’s cultural institutions within an easy walk.

From here, most of historic Warsaw can be reached on foot: the Chopin Museum and the National Museum in one direction, Piłsudski Square and the Old Town in the other, with the Vistula riverbank and the Copernicus Science Center beyond. When the weather turns, the Nowy Świat–Uniwersytet metro station is a short walk away and connects the district to the rest of the city.
